Learn how to:

Access your subconscious mind to recognise your unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour.

As humans we make sense of the world through the stories we tell.

We all have unique perspectives and "stories" that are dictating the choices we make in our life.

How we operate is based on our belief systems, which then dictate our thoughts and actions and, ultimately, create the results and reality of our lives. In order for us to change habits that are not working, it’s important to gain awareness of what we're telling ourselves.

So if you want to change your life you have to change your story.

Listen to the language of your body and know what it is telling you about your physical and mental state.

More often than not we find we cannot use our mind to change our mind and the more we struggle to think our way out of a problem the more we get stuck.

With physical pain we get stuck in the stories of our suffering, with psychological pain we get caught in spiraling rumination.

Our thinking brain holds us captive, disconnects us from our physical senses and we lose access to the raw data, to our intuitive knowing, our gut feelings.

If we learn to listen to the sensations in the body we can get under the radar of the thinking brain and become aware of the stories our mind is telling us. We start to recognise when we need to take a different action, to choose another path.

Develop the tools to shift your mindset and establish healthy ways of being that sustain your growth and transformation.

You can’t change habits and behaviours by turning on a switch. All change is a process and requires setting intentions, committing to deliberate practice and utilising tools and techniques grounded in science.

We can all learn how to apply and personalise both current scientific concepts and age old wisdoms to succeed at living an enriched life.
